The Hot Zone
Long Beach Airport is known as a "hot zone." No, it's
not a lively singles’ spot, but a place where travelers
can access e-mail and the Internet free of charge. Called the “Wi-Fi" the
hot zone is actually a portal where the wireless capabilities
of computers and other hand held devices can enjoy fast connectivity.
El Dorado Services, Inc. is pleased to direct travelers to the
five areas of the airport that constitute the Hot Zone.
The three inside waiting areas, the outdoor patio on the north
end of the terminal, the Prop Room Restaurant and the corridor
outside the restaurant are all part of the Hot Zone coverage.
Note the following are compatible Hot Zone products:

Relax! Techniques For Traveling Lightly
Air travel can be confining. Cross-country flights can mean
six hours in a small seat. Here are some travel exercise techniques
to relax both body and mind. (Caution - be smart. Check with
your doctor if your suffer any infirmity that copuld be exacerbated
by these simple exercises.)
1. Use your breathe to help you relax. Sit upright, spine straight.
As you breathe in, raise your shoulders up toward your ears as
high as you can. Hold for five seconds. As you exhale, let them
drop. Repeat several times and feel the release in neck and shoulder
muscles.
2. Again, sit up straight. Let your head drop forward, bringing
your chin close to your chest. Breathe deeply, feeling a release
in your neck and down your back. Slowly raise your head, then
drop it sideways so that your right ear approaches your right
shoulder but do not raise your shoulder. Again, breathe deeply
before raising your head to center again and then allowing it
to drop to your left shoulder. Repeat routine once more.
3. Next, find a safe place to stand, perhaps near the restroom.
The handcuff stretch involves reaching behind your back, and
taking your right wrist in your left hand and pulling GENTLY
to the left, keeping your body still and upright. Hold for 15
seconds. Then, repeat on the other side, taking your left wrist
in your right hand and pulling to the right - GENTLY.
Try these at home or in the office before you take off on your
flight. Feel the simple release they provide to cramped and stiff
muscles.
